Allmänna villkor: 

Allmänt: Dessa allmänna villkor gäller för avtal om medlemskap på Swechamps AB, org: 556640-2375 (”28minGym”) och mellan den person (”Kunden”) som är namngiven i köpeavtalet, till vilket villkoren utgör en integrerad del. Avtalet är personligt och kan inte överlåtas på en annan person. Medlemskapet inkluderar deltagande i anläggningens utbud under schema/öppettider. Minimiålder för tecknande av avtal/medlemskap är 18 år. För tränande som ej fyllt 18 år krävs att målsman tecknar medlems avtal samt har betalningsansvar för dennes räkning. Lägsta ålder för att träna hos oss är 14 år. Om du är mellan 14-16 år tränar man med målsman. 

Hälsotillstånd: Varje kund ansvarar själv för att hälsotillståndet är sådant att de utan risk kan delta i aktiviteterna på 28minGym.

Avtalstid och Uppsägning: 28minGym erbjuder medlemskap per månad med 3 månaders uppsägningstid. Möjlighet finns även att betala 12 månaders medlemskap i förskott, som ett årskort, även här gäller 3 månaders uppsägningstid. Avtalet fortsätter att löpa månadsvis tills dess att kunden säger upp avtalet. Avtalet kan när som helst sägas upp och debitering sker då för de 3 nästkommande månaderna.

Medlemskap: Medlemskapet kostar 149 kr/mån (debiteras månadsvis i förskott) och har 3 månaders uppsägningstid. Ingen återbetalning kan ske av redan debiterad avgift. Medlemskapet ger fritt antal träningspass/månad och fri tillgång till till 28minGym´s utbud.

Årsavgift för medlem är utöver den månadskostnad som beskrivs ovan. Årsavgift erläggs av medlem årligen. Årsavgiften är 280 kr och debiteras medlem vid inträdandet av varje “nytt år” räknat 12 månader bakåt från den månad medlemmen blivit medlem. Ex. om medlemsavtalet tecknas i mars månad kommer medlem att debiteras nu årsavgift vid inträdande av mars månad påföljande år. Vid uppsägning av medlemskap sker ingen återbetalning av erlagd årsavgift.

Personlig Träning: Vid köp av Personlig träning ingår du ett avtal med annan part och INTE 28minGym. 

Avstängning vid utebliven betalning: Om betalning ej sker enligt avtalade betalningsvillkor kan medlemmen komma att stängas av från träning tills betalning sker. Om täckning saknas på medlemmens konto/kreditkort dagen för överföring/debitering, skickas en påminnelse på förfallen månadsavgift. Medlemmen har uppfyllt sin betalningsskyldighet när angivet belopp har kommit in på 28minGyms konto. Om betalningen inte erhålls senast på förfallodagen för påminnelsen förbehåller sig 28minGym rätten att debitera faktureringsavgift samt eventuell dröjsmålsränta enligt räntelagen och, i förekommande fall kostnader för inkasso.

Prisändringar: 28minGym äger rätt att justera priser per debiterings tillfälle. I samband med att avtalet övergår till ett löpande tillsvidareavtal på justeras priset till då gällande prislista.

Upphörande av medlemskap vid särskilda omständigheter: Medlemskapen på 28minGym har 3 månaders uppsägningstid, och uppsägning ska ske skriftligen till anläggningen. Avtalet fortsätter löpa månadsvis tills kunden säger upp avtalet. Avtalet kan när som helst sägas upp och debitering sker då för de 3 nästkommande månaderna. Vid bindningstid gäller denna och fortsätter därefter löpande enligt ovan. Uppsägning sker via mail till avsluta@28mingym.com eller via kontaktformulär på hemsidan.

Kundregister i databas: Alla kunder registreras i en databas. Genom godkännande av detta avtal godkänner kunden den registreringen. 28minGym behandlar uppgifter om kunden för att kunna tillhandahålla och administrera kundsystem som kunden har samtyckt till. Kundens uppgifter behandlas i enlighet med personuppgiftslagen GDPR.

Annan betalare: Om annan person eller företag som i avtalet åtagit sig betalningsansvar för kunden avbryter betalningarna är kunden solidariskt betalningsansvarig. 

Ångerrätt vid köp på internet: Du som privatperson har enligt Distansavtalslagen rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar efter mottagandet. Detta gäller då tjänsten inte har påbörjats. Om du ångrar ditt köp, ta kontakt med oss via mail info@28mingym.com eller kontaktformulär på hemsidan.

General: These general conditions apply to membership agreements at Swechamps AB, org: 556640-2375 ("28minGym") and between the person ("Customer") named in the purchase agreement, to which the conditions form an integral part. The agreement is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. Membership includes participation in the facility's offerings during schedule/opening hours. The minimum age for signing an agreement/membership is 18 years. For trainees under the age of 18, a guardian is required to sign a member's agreement and be responsible for payment on their behalf. The minimum age to train with us is 14 years. If you are between 14-16 years old, you train with a guardian.

Health status: Each customer is responsible for ensuring that the state of health is such that they can participate in the activities at 28minGym without risk.

Well-being rules and training regulations: identification must be presented to 28minGym staff each time the customer visits 28minGym. It is the responsibility of all customers to take part in and follow current well-being rules. Customer shall follow the instructions regarding methods and use of equipment and be notified, in writing or orally by 28minGym staff.

Contract period and Termination: 28minGym offers membership "cash annual pass" after which the membership contract ends without notice (direct payment for the whole year). 28minGym also offers membership with 3 months notice. The membership is valid until further notice/ongoing (pay monthly) until the customer cancels the membership, or if otherwise stated in the membership.

Membership: Membership costs SEK 149/month (billed monthly in advance) and has a 3-month notice period. The agreement continues to run monthly until the customer terminates the agreement. The agreement can be terminated at any time and billing will then take place for the next 3 months. In the case of a cash payment of SEK 149 x 12, the membership will automatically continue to run monthly after 12 months unless otherwise notified. No refund can be made for cash payment. The membership gives a free number of training sessions/month and free access to the 28minGym range.

Annual membership fee is in addition to the monthly cost described above. Annual fee is paid by the member annually. The annual fee is SEK 280 and is charged to the member at the start of each "new year", counted 12 months back from the month the member became a member. Ex. if the membership agreement is signed in March, the member will now be charged the annual fee at the beginning of March of the following year. Upon termination of membership, there is no refund of the annual fee paid.

Personal Training : When purchasing Personal Training, you enter into an agreement with another party and NOT 28minGym.

Suspension in case of non-payment: If payment is not made according to the agreed payment terms, the member may be suspended from training until payment is made. If there is no coverage on the member's account/credit card on the day of the transfer/debit, a reminder of the overdue monthly fee will be sent. The member has fulfilled his payment obligation when the stated amount has entered 28minGym's account. If payment is not received by the due date for the reminder, 28minGym reserves the right to charge an invoicing fee as well as any late payment interest according to the Interest Act and, where applicable, collection costs.

Price changes: 28minGym reserves the right to adjust prices per billing occasion. In connection with the agreement changing to a running permanent agreement on, the price is adjusted to the price list in effect at the time.

Termination of membership in special circumstances: Memberships at 28minGym have a 3-month notice period, and notice of termination must be given in writing to the facility. The agreement continues to run monthly until the customer terminates the agreement. The agreement can be terminated at any time and billing will then take place for the next 3 months. In the case of a binding period, this applies and then continues continuously as above. Termination takes place via email or via the contact form on the website.

Customer register in database: All customers are registered in a database. By accepting this agreement, the customer consents to that registration. 28minGym processes information about the customer in order to be able to provide and administer customer systems that the customer has agreed to. The customer's data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act GDPR.

Other payer: If another person or company that in the agreement undertook payment responsibility for the customer interrupts the payments, the customer is jointly and severally liable for payment

Right of cancellation when buying on the internet: You as a private person have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, according to the Distance Contracts Act.
